A fun three day introduction to speed agility and quickness training! The program is designed by Mike Frascogna and the camp will be led by Coach Philip Short and other MSI instructors (athlete/instructor ratio will be 8:1). High speed drills and competition will teach athletes correct movement form in areas such as acceleration, top speed, lateral speed, foot quickness, jumping, change of direction, and visual acuity. Great for athletes competing in any team sport!
Each athlete will be given THREE (3) official MSI t-shirts so they can wear one on each day of the camp. Our entire photo and video team will be present and we want you to look great!
